During first project meeting in the frame of the Comenius Project "Protect-don't neglect. Practical climat protection in school and training on the job." we planned the contents and the methods of the first project year, the special part of each participating school, the expected results and the responsibilities.
We also visited institutions ans installations which have to do with "Climat protection", specially the car city in Wolfsburg, an electricity power plant, a big school building with energy saving insatllations in the field of Technology, the Sealife Aquarium, the Zoological Garden, The Royal Gardens in the fields of climatic influence on nature.
Teachers and students took part in special profiles ilke Biology/Climatology, European Studies, New Media and Energy and Technology. They could see, how the biggest school in Hannover is working in these fields.
During the visit, teachers and students also start to creat a common homepage for the project.

	22.10.2009 - experiments on hydrogen technology (students) - discussion on further planned themes (teachers) - presentations from our guests (Town, School, Profiles and Projects) - work on profiles: European Studies (History, Geography), Energy - visit to the zoological garden Hannover
